Steps to Delete Multiple Records

Step 1: Create a New Screen Flow

Go to Setup: In Salesforce, navigate to the Setup page.

Search for Flows: In the Quick Find box, type "Flows" and select Flows.

Create a New Flow: Click on "New Flow," select "Screen Flow," and click "Next."

Step 2: Create a Variable for IDs

Create Variable:

Click on "New Resource."
Select "Variable."
Name it ids and set the API name to ids.
Set the Data Type to "Text."
Check the box for "Allow multiple values (collection)."
Check the box for "Available for input."

Step 3: Add Delete Records Element

Add Delete Records Element:

Drag the "Delete Records" element onto the canvas.
Name the element "Delete Case Records."
Select "Specify conditions to identify records, and set fields individually."
For the object, choose "Case" (or choose your desired object).
Set the condition as follows:
- Field: Id
- Operator: In
- Value: ids (the variable created earlier)

Step 4: Connect Elements and Save

Connect the Elements: Connect the start of the flow to the Delete Records element and then to the end.

Save and Activate the Flow: Name your flow, save it, and then activate it.

Step 5: Create a Button to Trigger the Flow

Go to Object Manager: In Setup, go to the Object Manager and select "Case".

Create a New Button: Under "Buttons, Links, and Actions," click "New Button or Link".

Label the button, for example, "Bulk Delete".

Set the Display Type to "List Button."

In the Behavior section, select "Display in existing window without sidebar or header" and choose the flow you created.

In the Content Source select URL and in Editor paste this URL /flow/Your_Flow_Api_Name.

At the end of URL use you flow API name.

Step 6: Add the Button to the Case List View

Add Button to List View: Go to the Case object and select List View Button Layout and Edit List View.

Select the Button: Add the "Bulk Delete" button to the list view.
